About Our Guest: Mark Speir is the head football coach at Western Carolina, where he’s been since the 2012 season. Before that, he spent nine years at Appalachian State and served as the recruiting coordinator and assistant coach. During his time at ASU, the team won three consecutive National Championships and had a historic win at Michigan. September 1st is the 10-year anniversary of the huge win.
